About Us

From Manufacturing
to Global Supply

Clic Floors Group Limited began manufacturing hardwood flooring in 1995 in Dalian, China. Over the past 30 years, we have supported long-term private-label and OEM programs for established flooring distributors and brands across Europe and North America.

In 2023, we expanded our manufacturing footprint to Malaysia to increase supply flexibility and improve cost structure under different trade conditions. We also added SPC production capacity in both China and Malaysia to serve customers who require a broader category mix.

In 2025, our export volume exceeded 400 containers worldwide—supported by active production, compliance systems, and program-level execution for repeat orders.

What Gives Us
the Cost Advantage

Our cost advantage is structural—not promotional. It comes from how we buy materials upstream, how we grade and allocate them in-house, and how we run manufacturing at scale without unnecessary cost layers.

Raw Material
Control

We source complete raw logs directly from upstream suppliers instead of purchasing pre-graded veneer. By cutting, grading, and allocating materials in-house across different programs, we achieve greater flexibility, stronger quality control, and significantly lower material cost.

Manufacturing
Efficiency

With over 30 years of manufacturing experience, production is kept lean without sacrificing consistency. All factories are fully owned, reducing fixed overhead. Combined with stable, high-volume programs, this structure lowers per-unit cost and delivers competitive pricing sustainably.

Our Advanced Coloration Techniques

We apply advanced German smoked colouring and foundation staining techniques to control tone consistency, enhance wood character, and achieve refined, stable finishes across different grading levels—without masking natural texture or grain.

Smoked Colouring Depth

Smoked colouring reacts directly with the wood fiber, creating deep, natural tones that run through the surface instead of sitting on top. This method enhances grain definition, improves colour permanence, and delivers richer visual depth than conventional surface staining.

Material Selection Control

Because smoking amplifies natural grain and tone variation, only carefully selected raw material qualifies. This strict selection ensures tonal balance and structural stability, forming the foundation for consistent results across different grades and production batches.

Precision Colour Refinement

Each plank is processed through a multi-stage colouring workflow that requires expert control and extended production time. This allows precise adjustment of tone and saturation, resulting in refined finishes with improved uniformity and long-term visual stability.

Foundation Tone Balancing

In addition to smoking, we apply a thin foundation paint layer that does not alter texture or finish. This step significantly reduces natural colour inconsistency in raw wood, delivering a more even overall appearance than comparable grades from most suppliers.

Our Unique Specialty
— Red Oak

Beyond mainstream white oak, Clic Floors offers a wide range of American red oak programs that are uniquely developed in our factory. Red oak carries a significant cost advantage, especially in higher grades, but is often overlooked due to color and performance concerns. Our manufacturing solutions resolve both—turning red oak into a strategic option for highly competitive markets.

Color Control Technology

Red oak’s natural reddish tone limits its use in mainstream designs. Through our proprietary German coloration and foundation techniques, we permanently neutralize red undertones and achieve stable, market-accepted colors—while preserving natural texture and long-term color consistency.

Quality Management

Red oak is softer than white oak and requires precise handling. Decades of species-specific experience allow us to engineer processes around its physical limits. Dedicated inspection teams examine every plank, removing defects immediately to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance.

Most Popular Question

The questions buyers care about most—answered clearly, directly, and transparently.

Our cost advantage comes from structural decisions, not shortcuts. We source full raw logs instead of pre-graded veneers, process and grade materials in-house, and operate multi-country manufacturing. This reduces raw material cost and overhead while maintaining consistent quality.

No. Our pricing is based on supply chain efficiency and process control. Material grading, coloration, finishing, and inspection standards are the same across all programs. Lower cost is achieved through scale, experience, and optimized production—not by reducing specifications.

We use advanced German coloration technology combined with a thin foundation layer that stabilizes base tone before finishing. This minimizes natural wood variation and delivers more consistent color than standard staining methods, even within the same grading level.

Yes. Each program is developed based on target market requirements, including structure, performance, dimensions, and compliance standards. We support North American and European regulations and adjust specifications to meet local technical and commercial needs.

When handled correctly, yes. Red oak offers strong cost advantages but requires precise processing. Our experience allows us to neutralize color limitations and engineer production around the species’ physical characteristics, making it a reliable option for price-sensitive markets.

We provide direct professional English communication from both our China and North American offices. This ensures clear coordination on specifications, lead times, compliance, and documentation—reducing errors and improving execution efficiency for international customers.
